Ushers make people feel welcome, gather the collections, hand out bulletins and find parishioners to take up the gifts during Mass.

Time Commitment

Ushers are present at all weekend Masses and special occasion Masses and serve 1-2 Masses a month.

What Ushers Do

For many, many years Sacred Heart Parish has been privileged to have dedicated ushers at all the Masses. Ushers help seat parishioners and take up the collection, placing it in a secure bag before setting it on the side of the altar.

After mass, ushers pass out the bulletin.
